Terms of Service

These terms apply to businesses that use Job Lead Recovery. By activating, purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service

Job Lead Recovery provides software and communications tools designed to help businesses respond to missed calls, exchange messages, collect lead details, follow up and support booking. Features may change as the service is improved.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account and business information, keeping account access secure, configuring forwarding and business settings correctly, and using Job Lead Recovery in compliance with applicable privacy, communications, consumer-protection and marketing laws.

Messaging

You must only send communications that you are legally permitted to send. You are responsible for the content, timing and lawful basis of communications made through your account. Job Lead Recovery may block, suppress or stop messaging when required for opt-outs, abuse prevention, carrier rules or legal compliance.

Plans, fees and billing

Job Lead Recovery currently offers a Text Back Basic plan at $24.99 CAD per month plus applicable tax, an AI Booking Pro plan at $69 CAD per month plus applicable tax, and a Lifetime Plan at $499 CAD as a one-time platform-access payment plus applicable tax. Text Back Basic and AI Booking Pro may include a 14-day free trial when shown at checkout. A payment card is required for the trial. If the plan is not cancelled before the trial ends, the applicable monthly subscription begins automatically at the price shown at checkout. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time, subject to charges already incurred. Prices, included usage and features shown at checkout form part of the applicable purchase terms.

The Text Back Basic plan includes up to 300 SMS segments per month. Usage above that amount is billed at $0.05 CAD per additional SMS segment. The AI Booking Pro plan includes up to 1,500 SMS segments per month. Usage above that amount is billed at $0.04 CAD per additional SMS segment. An SMS segment is a carrier billing unit and a single visible text message may use more than one segment depending on message length, characters and carrier encoding. Any other usage-based, carrier, voice, telephone-number, payment-processing or third-party charges will only be charged where disclosed before or at purchase or before the applicable charge is incurred.

Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime Plan is a one-time platform-access purchase that includes the same core features and the same 1,500-SMS-segment monthly allowance and $0.04 CAD per additional-segment overage rate as the AI Booking Pro plan at the time the Lifetime Plan is purchased, unless a different allowance is clearly disclosed at checkout.

For purposes of the Lifetime Plan, “lifetime” means the period during which Job Lead Recovery continues to operate and make the applicable service generally available. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, guarantee any minimum period of operation, or promise perpetual service. Job Lead Recovery may discontinue the service or cease operations in the future. Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

The Lifetime Plan does not automatically include every product, feature, integration, add-on, service, higher-cost capability or premium offering that Job Lead Recovery may introduce in the future. New features may be included, excluded, limited, or offered for an additional fee. Maintenance, security fixes and updates reasonably required to continue providing the purchased Lifetime Plan features may be made from time to time.

Usage-based charges and third-party costs are not prepaid by the one-time Lifetime Plan price. The Lifetime Plan therefore remains subject to its published monthly usage allowance and applicable overage charges for as long as the service is provided.

Availability

We work to keep Job Lead Recovery reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Communications can depend on third-party carriers, hosting providers, payment processors and other infrastructure outside our direct control.

No guarantee of leads or revenue

Job Lead Recovery is designed to help businesses respond to opportunities, but we do not guarantee that any lead will respond, qualify, book, purchase or generate revenue.

Acceptable use

You may not use Job Lead Recovery for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing or unsolicited communications, or in a way that harms the service, third parties or telecommunications networks.

Suspension

We may restrict or suspend service when reasonably necessary for unpaid recurring or disclosed usage-based charges, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, carrier requirements or protection of the platform and its users.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Job Lead Recovery is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from missed communications, third-party outages, customer configuration, carrier filtering or business decisions made using the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Job Lead Recovery changes. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
